This is apparently due to the short rainy season and lack of rain.
Sweet and fruity aroma. Creamy and mild.
As soon as you swallow it, the sourness comes 😮.
I can't describe it well, but I guess you could say it's tightened up at the end 🙄.
I may have never heard of Misato Nishiki sake rice 🤔.

Misato Nishiki is a sake rice that was accidentally created during the development of Akita Sake Komachi. Is it only made in Akita Sake 💦?
