I had a good taste of Naraman before 😚.
It's not so much a fresh sake as it is a very fresh sake that you can feel on your tongue 😋.
It has a nice sourness and bitterness that I like to sip on a hot day 🥰.

This is my first Nanaken!

Purchased at the brewery during Golden Week
300ml with Narano-Yaezakura yeast
The shopkeeper told me that it had a strong peculiar taste, so I should taste it before buying! The store staff told me to taste it before buying it because it has a strong taste.
But it was only about 5mm in a small plastic cup like you would take a cold medicine in syrup😅.
I don't get it 😆.
It has a strong sweet and sour taste. It definitely has a peculiar taste.
If served without telling you, you might not even think it's sake 🙄.
It's not like wine or Western sake!
But I like it a lot 😋.

It's been about 6 months since I bought it😅.
It's stronger than I expected.
Gently sweet and bitter with a strong sour taste 🤔.
Right after opening the bottle, the aroma was a bit chemical, but on the second day, it changed to a nice pear juice type aroma 😋.

This is the best shuwa shuwa sake I've ever had 😋.
Opening the bottle was no problem, but as soon as I opened it, bubbles started popping from the bottom 😮.
In no time at all, it turned cloudy! It got mixed up.
It was mildly bitter and much less sweet than I expected.
It's a spring sake, but I might want to drink it on a hot summer day 🌻 with a gulp 😉.

It's May 9, and that means 59Takachiyo's Bear in the Forest 🧸.
The "Bear in the Woods" is the image of the glorious Fuji! I had an image of "Bear in the Woods" as "Glorious Fuji" 😯.

The first sip was sweet!
But as you drink more of it, the bitterness increases 😆 The bitterness is nice and a bit more.

I went to Nara on the 3rd for a day trip.
I went to a sake brewery in Naramachi for a 500 yen sake tasting, but there was a line 😆.
I gave up on sake tasting and went inside the store.
The sake was the highest gold medal winner of the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award", so we had it in a wine glass 🍷.
Freshly poured, it smells quite chemical.
I thought the aroma was too strong to drink from a wine glass, but only at first.
It's quite sweet, but it's not fruity or anything like sake 🙄.
It's 300ml so I think I'll finish it 😁.
I have to work tomorrow though 😆.

Opened the bottle with the crown with such a bang that I thought it was going to blow up 🎉.
It's an apple, but it's more like a peach 🍑.
And it's more of a sweet sparkling wine 🥂 than a beer 🍺.
It's also 5% alcohol by volume, so I'm sure I'll finish a bottle in no time😅.

I totally forgot to open the bottle on March 14😅.
In the last few years, we don't give Valentine's Day chocolates 🍫 at work anymore, so naturally no White Day either 😁.
