Junmai Ginjo Beautiful, delicious, soft acidity and sweetness! ZORRO This is another beautiful sake, but a little different from Junmai Ginjo. It has more acidity and fruity taste than Junmai Ginjo. Daiginjo Even clearer and more beautiful. I had called in advance (but an hour before) and felt bad that the person at the brewery had to deal with me. But they treated me well! 🙇. The nigori and junmai ginjo are new sake, and the other sake are this year's. The bottles are ready, but will be bottled after tomorrow. It's ready, but they say it will be bottled after tomorrow. Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. Shizuoka Business Trip #15 Today I had my first taste of rainbow at Nagashima, which was recommended by ellie and @Mizuhashi 😀! The second restaurant is Sushi Nakamura. This sake was wholesaled by my childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Shop. Unlike the standard Tenkohi, this sake is too refreshing 🤔. This Usagetsukimine seems to be only for Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and not for retail stores. The standard Tenkohi is more like a thicker, mellow and fruity sake, but this sake is the opposite. The accompaniment is seared cod roe.

I remember the last time I drank Miyaganbai, it was delicious 🤔. I knew there was a sake collaboration between my neighborhood liquor store and the Kanmei Brewery, but I put it off thinking I could always buy it. But it's plum season and I finally bought it (almost, coyly). Oyusaki Quartet I heard that the name "Uguisaki" is a play on Osaki, where the cold plum trees are located, or plum blossoms and bush warblers (Uguisu), and many other things! At first, you can taste a little sourness. It's just a little bit sour, but it's not too much. The sweetness is soft and lingers on the tongue. Maybe a little more refreshing than the Miyakanume I had before (not sure I remember that 😆). Fresh, fruity and a little different from the gentle sweetness of rice.
