A local sake from Futtsu, Chiba... A faint fruity aroma... A sweet bitterness with a strong bitterness typical of local sake! The flavor of the rice soaks in... Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it. The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor. The acidity is refreshing and not too dry. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty. Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.

When I drank it, I found it to be a strong style of traditional sake 😚 with a good balance of flavor, sweetness, and bitterness, and it was thick 🥰It was like an all-purpose sake 🤤.

I asked Mr. Jaive to barter with me off-line because the name "Kansai" is funny even though it is in Fukui 😁. I forgot it at the after-party and went to get it the next day💦. It's fresh and sweet, but it's 20 degrees, so it's a powerful sake with a lot of gusto. I think it's better to drink it on the rocks because it has a very strong alcoholic taste. Purchase from Okuhida Sake Brewery This sake brewery is within walking distance of Hida Kanayama Station. This time, they recommended to purchase by letter. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it. The aroma is moderate and the taste is strong. It is dry with a clean aftertaste. I paired it with fried pork and cheese with tomato ketchup. When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

I went to a health checkup today, and went to a nearby liquor store that sells good sake, and found this Arabashiri. I opened the bottle right away. The first sip was fruity and sweet with a touch of acidity, but the second sip was bitter with a touch of acidity. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I like the taste ☺️. Delicious💕!

I found this at a local supermarket and bought it. I was curious about it, so I decided to drink it. The aroma is apple-like! It is easy to drink, as expected for a 5% alcohol content, and has almost no liquor-like taste! Tastes very sweet and sour. I drank it chilled, but I thought it would be easier to drink it closer to room temperature if you don't like it because of the sourness that hits the palate. The lingering rice-like flavor is interesting! If you are conscious of the aroma, it is like apple juice. If you are not conscious of the aroma, it is like sweet yogurt whey. It was an interesting sake.

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇
