The aroma has a gentle sugary sweetness, and the mouthfeel is characterized by a sweet flavor and a soft sake quality. When mixed with the lees, it is milky without lactic acidity🥛 and full-bodied with a spicy taste😋😋😋😋.

去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋. This was definitely one to repeat 🤗

This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.
