Bought directly from the Mukho Sake Brewery... Aroma: Slightly cemedine? As the label on the back says, it's a solid and heavy sake. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. Next up was Azumamine, which was also a first for me 😙 and it was delicious 😍. I don't remember how to describe the taste 😅 it was just so good 😊. After that we switched to 🍋lemon sours and since the restaurant was 2.5 hours open, we ended the meal with salmon ikura takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with salmon roe) and were very satisfied! Since it was still early, we moved to a restaurant in the station building to talk over dessert! My son ordered a parfait😄We looked at the menu and thought we would have a glass of champagne, but the bottle seemed more economical than a glass, so we ordered a bottle 🍾. The waiter opened the bottle and put it on the table! We were a little bit surprised when the waiter opened the bottle in front of our table and put it on the table 😅. We drank a lot with Fish & Chips and had a good conversation with my son, even though it was a short time 😌. Omiya was a great city 😇

January 2, 2024 Banquet at home. Drinking sake with my sister who is back home. The fourth and last sake of the day is The fourth and last sake of the day was Asahi Wakamatsu Junmai Sake sake. It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. When poured into a glass, it had a yellowish When I poured it into a glass, it had a yellowish color and a sense of maturity. The color is yellow and it has a sense of maturity. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature. It is best to drink it cold or at room temperature by itself. When heated, it has a softer flavor and is even more delicious. It tastes even better when heated. I like it best when it is warmed up. I like it best when it is warmed up and cooled down. It has an elegant sweetness that makes you think you can drink it indefinitely. Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness.
