Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

I did not visit the brewery, but this is my first visit to Ikujii, Harada Shuzo, located in Higashiura-cho, Aichi Prefecture. I had never heard of this brewery. It is a honjozo sake🍶. The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet. It is a bit peculiar on the palate, but has a sweet taste like a good regular sake. It was delicious ✨ The third and fourth pictures are the stone monument at the site of the Okehazama ancient battlefield and the grave of Imagawa Yoshimoto (apparently there was originally a mound).

I've been looking forward to the Summer Sake Festival 🍶 for a long time! At first, we compared Junmai and Junmai Ginjo! The sake was perfect for the hot summer! Sake tastes great outside!

Icky Grandpa's drops 👴. Bag-hanging raw Michii✨. A little over 2000 yen including tax is too cheap👍 A little bit of orikori (a sweet taste of rice) is also involved, A little bit of orizumi, a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of umami, a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of umami. Very easy to drink 😋. Another craft beer from Aichi! All strange labels but Tortopia is too good 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺.

Japan Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" in Aichi I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes. Harada Sake Brewery, Chita-gun, Aichi Prefecture Ikumichijii The name is "Ikumichijii". It is said to have originated from a well used by Yamatotake in this area (Ikumichi) in the old days. It does not mean an old man who is enthusiastic about raising and educating children. Ikumichi Jun Dai Yume Ginko Yumeginko 100%, Polishing ratio 50%. Gentle sweetness and an assertive acidity compared to the sweetness. Later, the aroma of alcohol comes in with a twang, and it feels like it is cut off. Throughout the whole bottle, a sense of maturity is felt. I can also taste the flavor of the rice. The reasonable price is also a plus.

old man who grew up in an old man's house Hatsusei Michii! Refreshing blue bottle of summer sake💙. It has a sourness typical of summer sake, but it is moderate compared to other summer sake. It is well balanced with the umami flavor and goes down easy 😋. Gone quickly👍 Our strawberries are sweet 🍓.

Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition 2023" Tasting 🍶13 Last month, on my way home from work I stopped by the "Japanese Sake Breweries Exhibition 2023" at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a few sakes from various breweries in a tiny tasting cup 😋. I didn't make any notes, so my impression of the taste was normal, unimpressive, or unmemorable 😅🙏🙏. I went there with a empty stomach, so I was drunk by the end 🥴. More to come! Local Aichi booth section😊. 13 Sei Michii Sake from Higashiura-cho, Chita-gun, Aichi Prefecture🍶. Ikujii is the name of the town. It is said that there is a well that Yamatotakeru used in the past in Ikumichi Ikuji, where the brewery is located, and that is where it was named after. ☝️ Limited edition 　Usually, no impression 😅 Junmai Ginjo Ginzuku Shizuku Shizukudori 　Soft😅❓ 　It seems to be a sake which is made by a time-consuming Fukuro-hozuri (hanging in a bag) process.
