🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Aji no Kura Taketoyo. A junmai sake with a fairly strong sugar aroma and flavor impact. Old-fashioned, quaint and authentic.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was purchased at the Aichi Sake Caravan during the Handa Canal Marche in Handa City on March 22. Forty brands of sake from breweries in Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Shizuoka were on sale. Attracted by the spring-only offerings, I purchased one of them, a sake from a brewery in Higashiura-cho on the Chita Peninsula. Ikumichii is read as Ikujii. It is dry and has a sharp taste on the nose, but it is mellow and easier to drink than expected. 1,760 yen.
@Tempura and Sake Asuigen
I did not visit the brewery, but this is my first time to taste Ikujii from Harada Sake Brewery in Higashiura-cho, Aichi Prefecture.
I had never heard of this brewery.
Honjozo Sake 🍶.
The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet.
It is a bit peculiar on the palate, but has a sweet taste like a good regular sake.
It was delicious ✨
The third and fourth pictures are the stone monument at the site of the Okehazama ancient battlefield and the grave of Yoshimoto Imagawa (apparently there was originally a mound there), located just outside Chukyo-Kyoban-mae Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Line.
I've been looking forward to the Summer Sake Festival 🍶 for a long time!
At first, we compared Junmai and Junmai Ginjo!
The sake was perfect for the hot summer!
Sake tastes great outside!
Icky Grandpa's drops 👴.
Bag-hanging raw Michii✨.
A little over 2000 yen including tax is too cheap👍
A little bit of orikori (a sweet taste of rice) is also involved,
A little bit of orizumi, a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of umami, a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of umami.
Very easy to drink 😋.
Another craft beer from Aichi!
All strange labels but Tortopia is too good 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺.
Japan Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" in Aichi
I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.

Ikumichijii
The name is "Ikumichijii". It is said to have originated from a well used by Yamatotake in this area (Ikumichi) in the old days.
It does not mean an old man who is enthusiastic about raising and educating children.

Good evening, Jay and Nobby!
I tasted quite a few of them, though only a few 🤭.
I can read it now 🍶 but I didn't at first 😅💦.
Please visit ❗️ and enjoy 😂👌👌
Gentle sweetness and an assertive acidity compared to the sweetness. Later, the aroma of alcohol comes in with a twang, and it feels like it is cut off.
Throughout the whole bottle, a sense of maturity is felt. I can also taste the flavor of the rice.
The reasonable price is also a plus.
Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san.
The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity.
The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste.
A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.
This sake is made by a technique called Fukuro-hozuri. It has just the right amount of refined sweetness and fresh sharpness, and I have come to know another delicious sake.
