Hyogo Prefecture Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi Rice polishing ratio Alcohol 17.5 Junmai sake from Kenbishi. As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online. The color is light amber. The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma. It is a solid sake with a great posture.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

My companion doesn't drink much Sake so we left after 2 glasses💦. I saw Sanad and Nemuchi rave about this brand a long time ago, and it was on my list of things to drink. The sweet and gentle aroma is pleasant. It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth and a long, lingering spiciness after swallowing. It has a strong alcoholic taste and a rather robust flavor. This is one of my favorite types 😋. It is good with simmered dishes in Japanese cuisine. It has a wide range of dishes that can be matched with western food as well👍.

This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

I tried it again last night, and I'm trying it hot again. It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it has a little color to it, and when I drink it, I feel a rush in my throat and stomach that warms my body.

Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.
