Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store Niigata Food and Sake Festival 4 Booth of Joetsu Sake Brewery and Echigobijin. The brewery's staff came to the booth, but they didn't talk at all. There was a pop-up saying that the brewery had won the Bishu-Kon and I muttered, "I see you have won the Bishu-Kon. and the conversation grew. The mannequin also has SAKE DIPLOMA and wine expert certifications, and was a judge at the Bishu-Kon. Echigo Bijin Junmai Ginjo The impression was that it was quite spicy. Echigo Bijin Junmai Sake The taste of this sake is very dry and crisp when served cold, but when served at room temperature, the sweetness of the flavor comes out. ◉Echigo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Cat Label A sake with a cute illustration of a cat on the label. Elegant, slightly sweet, and sharply refreshing. Echigo Bijin Kijoshu Echigo Bijin is a sake with a Sake Brix of -49, but it is not too sweet. It is quite thick, and you can feel the thickening even when you put it in your mouth. What I thought was a little unusual about this sake was that it was a daiginjo with this thickening. I am inexperienced and this is the first time I have had this kind of sake. I like this kind of sake. It's good.

Echigo-Kenshin SAKE Festival 2024 20 Joetsu Sake Brewery. Echigo Bijin and Echino Wakatake. I heard that the business was taken over and switched to seasonal brewing. It was more than 10 years ago that we first participated in the Kenshin SAKE Festival. Since then, we have participated every year except when the festival is not held at the Corona Disaster. In the past, there were many more participating breweries. The quality of the sake was mostly sugar-sweetened sake for brewing, and my cup got sticky. That is not the case at all this time. There must have been a lot of changes in the past 10 years. Last year, it was cold and pouring down and it was just a hard tasting, but this time, there were limited edition sake sales and collaboration products, and I really enjoyed it. After returning home, I did some research and learned a lot of things for Sake-no-wa✅ and would definitely like to attend next year🧐.

At home drinking. We started with Echigo Bijin, which we purchased at the Niigata Sake Festival in Abeno. It is sweet and sour, easy to drink, and delicious. The low alcohol content of 8% is also a plus! It is rather expensive at just under 3,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle, but it ran out quickly lol.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA10 Echigo Bijin] booth. In 2021, the brewery transferred its business to Nippon Toter Corporation (a company involved in public stadium management and voting systems) and made it a subsidiary. I noticed a pop-up that featured a lot of sweet sake, so I tasted a sample. Echigo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Amazuku Fruity and clear. It was sweet and not too much like sake. Echigo Takewaka Junmai Daiginjyo Sando Nama-nara Sake Rich, sweet, umami taste, dark and delicious. Urachigobijin Junmai Daiginjo Neko (Nama-genshu) There is an illustration of a cat, as they are involved in activities to protect cats. Unlike the image of a cute cat, it has a punchy, refreshing spiciness. Echigo Bijin Kijoshu It has a rich, full-bodied taste with a sweet flavor and a strong flavor. Echigo Bijin Junmai Ginjo A slightly hard standard that is surprisingly spicy. It was a good idea to buy it because there were many first-time arrivals in Osaka, but the price was a bit aggressive.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA⑧ A complete first visit to the Joetsu Sake Brewery! I found out about this event when I saw the information 💦. I drank Echigo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Amazuku Sweet and sour, fruity and delicious 😋 Like an acerola drink! Koshinowakatake Junmai Daiginjo Sando Unfiltered Nama Sake Polishing ratio 35%, sweet, juicy, and extremely delicious 😋. Echigo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Neko The label is reversed, so called "back label". Despite the cute label, it has a powerful flavor. Echigo Bijin Kijoshu It is dark rather than sweet. Echigo Bijin Junmai Ginjo Very light There were some good ones, but overall they were all expensive, so I didn't buy any... There were 3 people there, 2 people from the brewery and a staff or mannequin from the department store. The department store staff or mannequin had a unique character and was a bit funny 😁. The photos I took are not so good, so I'm sending you more photos of Nemuchi at this booth😅.
