Had this special high grade sake from Oujiman brewery. It has a 6% rice polishing ratio!! I loved its mellow fruity notes and a elegantly clean finishing, it keeps tempt you to drink it. I'll definitely buy this again next time.
I drank it in a wine glass. As written, it has a strong aroma of banana and melon, and the melon aroma is very much present in the mouth. Later, I tried it hot, and it was very easy to drink, with a mellowness and sweetness that increased.

Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! This is a piece of bread I bought on my way back from a trip to Kirifuri Kogen. I thought it was the perfect name for a souvenir, but I was surprised to find it was made by Senkou 😳. I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it.
