Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice More modern label than the Nihonshin I drank at home 😁. It's gorgeous, but I felt it's more sake-like... The label is also modern and written in English, so I wonder if it's for export?

Home drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture The color is slightly whitish. The mouthfeel is clean and mild. The taste is sweet like green apple.
