Karahashi label by Homare Sake Brewery. Unfiltered unpasteurized sake made from sake rice Yume no Kou.
Fruity ginjo aroma. The aroma of melon and sweetness, followed by a slight sourness and bitterness, finally fading away with a slight spiciness.
Although it is unfiltered raw, there is no bitterness or peculiarity, and the impression is of a soft, sweet, umami taste.
After a few days of drinking, the balance between sweet and spicy has improved.
It is a delicious sake that is so easy to drink that it makes you want to drink more and more. ☺️
