It is very rare to find because of its small production. For this occasion, I went to Fukui to buy it. Sakahomare seems to be used for daiginjo, and many of them are expensive. If you don't consider the cost, it is really delicious. It has a mild aroma and elegant rice flavor. It is like a good sake, and the second and third cups are always better. In Fukui, there is also rice for rice called "Ichihomare," which is also delicious.

Shizuoka Business Trip #15 Today I had my first taste of rainbow at Nagashima, which was recommended by ellie and @Mizuhashi 😀! The second restaurant is Sushi Nakamura. This sake was wholesaled by my childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Shop. Unlike the standard Tenkohi, this sake is too refreshing 🤔. This Usagetsukimine seems to be only for Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and not for retail stores. The standard Tenkohi is more like a thicker, mellow and fruity sake, but this sake is the opposite. Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen!
