Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

I bought a lot of things at Tokyu Hands Hokkaido Fair. I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Unfortunately, there were only about three kinds of sake, so we chose this one. The impression I got from drinking it was that it was refreshing. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, which makes it easy to drink. It's dry but not harsh, so even those who prefer sweetness can enjoy it. On the other hand, it can be said that it has a moderate personality, so if you match it with this dish, it will be perfect! I don't think there is anything like that. At any rate, I've conquered the northern land (´ω).

The taste of old-fashioned sake that you can feel slowly! When I drank it close to room temperature, I thought it was clean and dry in the mouth. The aftertaste has a richness like junmai sake. When I drank it, I found it to be a strong style of traditional sake 😚 with a good balance of flavor, sweetness, and bitterness, and it was thick 🥰It was like an all-purpose sake 🤤.

My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.

This is Kunimori Junmai Ginjo Handago. I had it at Maruha Shokudo (restaurant) in Nagoya Station on a business trip. It is good to drink with a meal because you can taste the flavor of rice with a clean aftertaste. The plump shrimp were also delicious. Tonight, we will enjoy it with fried shrimp set menus.
