First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
