Today was the first time I had Urasato, which I learned about from your post on Sake-no-wa 😀. The aroma is mild and gentle ginjo 😊The aroma on the palate is like melon🍈🥰The beautiful sweetness lasts until the end 😋The slight bitterness in the aftertaste pulls the whole flavor together 😍 delicious💕. This is the first time I have had this sake and I found it to be very elegant 🥳I would like to try it again after a few days to see how it tastes 😚.

Then, Urasato's Jungin ‼️ Last time I drank Jun-Dai and it was delicious, so I had high expectations 😋. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. にごり祭りを中断してこちら。オカンおすすめと聞いたので、おせち準備を手伝いながらチビチビ、昭和な感じ。冷では控えめ、スッキリ系で王道辛口酒なのですが、温めると花が開いたように香る。セメダイン香？飲み口も柔らかく旨い、これが燗酒だって感じ。美味しい。

We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The owner was very kind and explained a lot about sake, and when I told him I prefer fruity sake, he recommended this sake. When buying Aizu sake, I was attracted by the words "Dry Honjozo". The simple name "Aizu" also intrigues me👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was mineral and clear. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. The dry, refreshing taste is balanced by the sweet, astringent acidity and the umami of the rice. Although it is a regular honjozo, it has a delicate, gorgeous flavor, perhaps due to the 60% rice polishing ratio, which makes it one rank above other dry honjoze! The soft and clean part is reminiscent of "Ding" ✨. It is also very cost-effective and tastier than I expected...! You can clearly feel that it is well-known as a local sake. I would love to drink it with codfish stew 🤤.

I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅
