It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

This is my first Suehiro❗️ When I went on my trip to Aizu, there were signs everywhere Sake by Suehiro Sake Brewery😊. The aroma is subdued! The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It is a very easy to drink sake with a nice umami flavor👍. It was a well balanced sake that would go well with a variety of meals. It was a delicious sake!

I thought she might be able to drink cheaper with the family discount, but alas 😢. Since the last Ryuki was sweet, we wanted to try something a little dry, so we went looking for some Shizuoka sake 🤗. I don't have an image of Shizuoka sake as a modern sake, but I wonder if there is any 😅. Well, I took it out of the fridge and drank it cold 😃. Yes, it's refreshingly dry but surprisingly soft on the palate and easy to drink 😗. I thought this would definitely taste better lukewarm 🍶, so I warmed it up and the mouthfeel became softer and softer 🍶❣️ It is not a sake that has any special characteristics, but the price is reasonable, so it is worth buying 🤭.

Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍. It's a good omen 📌720ml ¥1,980 Here's a quick rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😊👍 You can also taste the sweetness of the rice 💕 I think it's probably dry. A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

The second day in Miyako, Kamaishi, and Kesennuma🎵 was spent in Kesennuma, the first visit to this area in 38 years. During the day, I was impressed by the ruins of Kesennuma Marine High School, a relic of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and at night, I was thankful to be alive thanks to the seafood of Sanriku. On the second day of our fulfilling Miyagi trip, we had a special menu at the hotel: Otokoyama bonito sake. Normally, I would not buy this kind of snack, but the woman I was with from Ichinoseki recommended it as a great dish. Even if it's not bonito, it washes away the umami and goes well with oily sashimi. It is also good when served cold, as the acidity is more pronounced than with cold sake. Ebisu is also a good omen as it is a sake from the sea. It is a pity that Mizutori-ki Hiyadoroshi was sold out.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.
