I went to Narita-san and bought it as a souvenir. I thought it was spicy for a moment! but it was only for the first moment, and after that, it was easy to drink. It is a very tasty sake.

Chomeisen Ginjo-Junmaishu
When you try it, you will be surprised,
It is light and refreshing at first.
but the umami comes out in the middle.
It's a sake with great umami 😆.

4.5 points That's not junmai! (Junmai fundamentalist) It was chilled, so it tastes okay. Is it fooled? ...Day 2 oh so good, I enjoyed the lactic acidity without the cloying taste!
It's actually the one that's been sitting in my fridge since last year. It doesn't seem to be the intended flavor of the quintessence, but it's sweet because it's a raw ginjo.

Chomeizumi is said to be a heretic when it comes to sweet sake, but compared to Haru Ginjo, I personally preferred this one.
However, if I were to consider it for drinking at an izakaya or for regular drinking, I would probably prefer Haru-Ginjo, which I never get tired of!
I'm not sure if I'd prefer it or not.

Although it is a nama-shu, it is not an aperitif type of sake, but a normal nama-shu that can be drunk with rice. The aftertaste is also refreshing for a nama-shu. I would buy it again if I see it.
