Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google... I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant. It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all. It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!

We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Moderate gassiness Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones The same full aroma, firm rice flavor, and mild sweetness as the topping, along with a small amount of citrus-like acidity, spread out with a pizzazz, and are quickly quenched by the slight spiciness and assertive bitterness of the alcohol. For a junmai daiginjo, the aroma is subdued, and the umami and richness of the rice can be felt, giving the sake a solid impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It went well with homemade hamburgers, fried oysters from Aono Suisan, fried horse mackerels, and crab cream croquettes.
