#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

We went to a liquor store where we tasted (and of course bought) a lot of Kusumi's sake. And here's what they had Natsuko Monogatari I had a little bit of it 🍶. Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, with a slightly spicy flavor. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is refreshingly acidic and sharply bitter. Hints of grain. A medium lingering finish that leaves an astringent taste. Smell sake.

This is the 4th bottle of Uchi drinking. This is the sake brought by my colleague😊. We had a bottle of Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzakashu. The aroma is mild. The taste is right in the middle of sweet and spicy, with a fluffy sweetness that switches to dryness before running out. It is delicious! I have the impression that Niigata sakes in general are suited for food sake and are dry 😊 Of course, that is a good thing👍.
