#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

My family bought "Natsuko Monogatari" with the "Let's try a major series." Natsuko Monogatari" was purchased by my family. I thought, "Isn't there that many people of that generation who know that manga? (There was a TV drama, wasn't there?) We opened the bottle. Today, we had fried kamaboko with corn as our main snack, and it was a very smooth drink that went down well without a scratch. I wish I could visit sake breweries in Nagaoka when there is no snow.

Kusumi Shuzo, Mishima-gun, Niigata Prefecture Natsuko Monogatari Special Junmai Namaisake Namaisake Namaisake Aged Old Sake This sake is from a brewery in Niigata Prefecture that was the subject of a TV drama for a while. This is a rare aged old sake from a famous liquor store in Shizuoka Prefecture that was aged in their own store before being sold. It turns amber in color and has a slightly smoky aroma with a Western-style flavor, but the aftertaste is a mysterious one, with a gentle rice aftertaste of sake. It goes well with chocolate and cheese. A new way to enjoy sake!

Almost colorless and transparent. Sweet and fruity aroma reminiscent of pears. There is also a savory raw material aroma reminiscent of grains. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and juicy. However, the hint of aroma is like custard cream, and the mouthfeel is sweet, mild, and slightly mellow. It has a long aftertaste. It is a fragrant and mellow sake.

I know I'm late posting this, but this was the last sake I drank in 2023 🍶. It's a delicious sake with a refreshing taste that leaves you feeling satisfied even if it's not enough: ☺️

Buy at Seijo Ishii Normal sake Warmed up to lukewarm, the rice seems to have more sweetness? I'm glad it comes in 300ml bottles. I want to drink a variety of sake, so I wish each brewery would sell it in this size. I would buy it even if it is more expensive.
