#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, with a slightly spicy flavor. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is refreshingly acidic and sharply bitter. Hints of grain. A medium lingering finish that leaves an astringent taste. Smell sake.

This is the 4th bottle of Uchi drinking. This is the sake brought by my colleague😊. We had a bottle of Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzakashu. The aroma is mild. The taste is right in the middle of sweet and spicy, with a fluffy sweetness that switches to dryness before running out. It is delicious! I have the impression that Niigata sakes in general are suited for food sake and are dry 😊 Of course, that is a good thing👍.

My family bought "Natsuko Monogatari" with the "Let's try a major series." Natsuko Monogatari" was purchased by my family. I thought, "Isn't there that many people of that generation who know that manga? (There was a TV drama, wasn't there?) We opened the bottle. Today, we had fried kamaboko with corn as our main snack, and it was a very smooth drink that went down well without a scratch. I wish I could visit sake breweries in Nagaoka when there is no snow.

Kusumi Shuzo, Mishima-gun, Niigata Prefecture Natsuko Monogatari Special Junmai Namaisake Namaisake Namaisake Aged Old Sake This sake is from a brewery in Niigata Prefecture that was the subject of a TV drama for a while. This is a rare aged old sake from a famous liquor store in Shizuoka Prefecture that was aged in their own store before being sold. It turns amber in color and has a slightly smoky aroma with a Western-style flavor, but the aftertaste is a mysterious one, with a gentle rice aftertaste of sake. It goes well with chocolate and cheese. A new way to enjoy sake!
