I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

I didn't like the dry taste that much, but it is delicious! It's crisp and refreshing, but also has a deep umami/sweetness. I like it!

☀️ Sake rice is Hachitan Nishiki 🌾. Refreshing sweetness reminiscent of kiwi and green apple 😊. Light and fresh on the throat with a beautiful aftertaste😌. It has depth of flavor and is very satisfying after drinking it ☺️
