I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood.
You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came.
I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today.
When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.
