Purchased for warming sake, drank from human skin to hot sake, the higher the temperature, the sharper the flavor, excellent as a food sake.

This sake is brewed with low-polishing Yamada-Nishiki rice grown by Agara (our own rice field) and contract farmers.
It is easy to drink and has a subtle aroma of rice and a delicious flavor.
