Tokoyama Shuzo's Jozan (常山), this pattern is sometimes seen.
It is a standard sake and tastes good enough. I will buy it again when it gets cold because it is said to have a good reputation for heating up.

This is the Kamo Kanehide version of the "In the Night Sky After the Rain" series, which is specially brewed by the liquor store.
This sake was released in the hope that one day it would get better when consumption was down in Corona.
We enjoyed it again this year.

It is not a very popular sake, so I went to buy it three times at a direct sales place, but it was temporarily closed.
I found it at a supermarket when I gave up on it. It's a sake that is a model of how much time and effort goes into making a good sake, and I'm glad I got to try it again this year.
