The taste on the palate was very strong, with a strong sake flavor, and as soon as you swallow it, the sake feeling comes through very strongly, just as I imagined traditional sake to be! When heated up, the sake flavor was very strong on the palate, but once it was in the mouth, it was very soft and fluffy and delicious!
