My favorite Chiba sake "Iwanoi" is brewed with ultra-hard water (hardness 240). It has the delicious flavor of Omachi and the moderate bitterness and sharpness of hard water! The taste is deep and the acidity is dignified! It can be drunk as it is, or as a food sake...no...food sake🍶 is better 🙆I'm sipping it with boiled gammo and sashimi...🙆I'm sipping it with a side dish.

This doburoku is made to order. I pre-ordered it at the end of August through a guide from my favorite liquor store, and it has arrived. It's my first doburoku! The sweet and sour Awaraku in the photo expresses it all. It tastes like sweet sake with the texture of petite rice and the sizzling cider-like carbonation you feel when you crush it, making it a refreshing, mouth-watering drink. It's adjusted to 5% alc:5% and goes down swiftly. It's no longer a dessert!

Every year I look forward to the Risshun morning pressing... this year, I'm going to enjoy a bottle of TENRANZAN! When the bottle is opened, it has a pleasant fruity aroma...freshly pressed, lightly cloudy, and fresh because it is freshly pressed...the balance of sweet and bitter is unstable, with a certain sharpness...but the aftertaste is crisp! Tonight, I'm going to open this bottle for the first time in a long time & the long layover series. Kenshin Special Honjozo 2021BY I'm going to have a glass of this sake, which has been in hibernation for more than 2 years, with a plum crystal I bought in the neighborhood as a side dish. The taste is dry and crisp when cold, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness and umami of the rice is concentrated in the attack, and it changes to a deliciously dry taste. It gently wraps the sourness of the ume crystal and washes it away, and it goes surprisingly well with it, making it a good drink. ☺️

Continued from yesterday. The second bottle is a sake called Kenshin from Niigata. This bottle was given to me by a friend of my son. The timing was not good, so I was finally able to open it. I took a sip, thinking it would be a little yellowish and dry. I took a sip. Surprisingly, it had a mild barrel sake flavor. ( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . Good evening, I am posting my second one. This is a new one by LIBROM ✨ on a recent private expedition to Hakata, Fukuoka. BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.
