Junmai Oragami from my favorite 😘yamori! Personally, I like Hachitan-nishiki...the sweet bitterness of the first swallow...the moderate bitterness and sharpness of the aftertaste...exquisite...delicious...delicious! It's not for beginners, is it? This is good for sake lovers!

Sakeran-san Herring...raw as it is, there is a risk of freshness and anisakis, but if it is thawed and raw for eating, it is safe to eat raw...It has a lighter fat than it looks, not the sticky fat of sardines, so it is my favorite...A good match for yamori. 🙆♂️
