The most expensive sake in the local bar I went into. This is certainly a good drink. It has an accent, but it's not too strong and seems to go well with everything. It is a strong drink, even if you can read "Yusura" in the name. The sashimi and octopus were as light and tasty as potato chips.

I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, with wine yeast. It is said that the name "Sora no Tsuru" comes from a dream of riding a beautiful "crane" soaring in the sky. It is a sake from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is only available directly in the city, and there are only a limited number of stores where you can drink it. I found it at a store selling Hyogo products in Kobe Hankyu in Sannomiya and bought it. How does it taste? It does not have the harshness of the original sake. It has a chocolate-like aroma. It has a rich sweetness, with spiciness and astringency chasing after it. The chocolatey and caramel-like aroma that passes through the nose is delightful. I will continue to enjoy Hyogo sake (and Fukui sake as well) slowly and carefully, and hope to one day become an evangelist for good Hyogo sake...
