100% Izumo Sakonishiki Ingredients: rice, rice malt Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. I couldn't forget the Izumo Fuji I once drank at a tavern in Osaka, so I looked for a place where I could buy it and bought it. I opened a dangerous door...! It is still too good...! It is nothing but fruity, and I can just see the clouds in the summer! The sweetness is wonderful, refreshing and not unpleasant. I'm going to drink this one right away.
