This is a Sanzen Sakura Aizan White Koji brew.
I'm doing it with cold sake, and the conclusion is that the Sanzen Sakura is quite good👍.

I was surprised at the super super schwarish taste. ‼️
It was even better than Saga's Higashitsuru Shuwa-chan.
It has a light, delicious rice flavor and a nice sharpness that makes it go down as well as a lemon sour.

It has a rich, umami taste, a fruity aroma, and a sharp taste that becomes tasteless as it passes down the throat. You will want to taste it again. An endless loop.
