Kangiku Ocean Nagi (100% Hokkaido Kitashizuku). As you can imagine from the color of the label, the sweet and sour taste of lychee spreads through the cloudy, sweet taste of rice. It goes on like a juice.

Saga is Kibotsuru Junmai. Saga sake is always deeply moving and delicious. While the "gorgeous" (white wine-like) tastes are on the rise, the surplus of rice has turned into a "Junmai-shu" (pure rice sake) with complex sweetness of rice and acidity.

This is a Sanzen Sakura Aizan White Koji brew. I'm doing it with cold sake, and the conclusion is that the Sanzen Sakura is quite good👍. More than sweetness of Aizan Aroma of watery pear Bitterness and sourness that you can feel for a moment. I had an image that the original sake comes with a lot of characteristics, I was surprised to know that this is squeezed out 😮.

I tried the rumored Echigo "Sourced Forest Jungin". I was surprised at the super super schwarish taste. ‼️ It was even better than Saga's Higashitsuru Shuwa-chan. It has a light, delicious rice flavor and a nice sharpness that makes it go down as well as a lemon sour. Echigo Touji. Echigo Touji is wonderful. ❗️
