I bought this sake at the same store where I bought Hanamup, which is also located in the corner. I visited Seto Sake Brewery on a tour of Kanagawa sake breweries and bought and drank three kinds of sake, all of which were delicious, but I had never seen it for sale near my house, so I bought it this time. It was also delicious.

I was curious about Mochi 4-step brewing and bought it. It is difficult to describe, but is it salty? It is hard to describe, but it has a mellow aroma like that of salted fish or cypress? The mellow aroma like cypress is addictive!
