It seemed hard to find outside of Miyagi Prefecture, so I bought some while I was in Miyagi (I later checked and found that it was available in Kanto as well---).
It's not a draft sake, but a fire-brewed sake. I don't really like summer sake, but this one is easy to drink because the acidity is not that strong.
It is not a food sake, but rather a relaxing way to savor the rich sweetness.
I think it's more like a relaxing sweet sake than a food sake.
🍶🤓.
Fruity aroma. Slight sweetness.
Slight sourness and a little bit of alcohol.
It's a little more fruity and sweet while eating.
Nice ✌️
August 9 (13 days after opening)
The sweetness has come out after a long time, but it is still delicious 🤗.
The sweetness you feel is strong but light and refreshing.
It is quite tangy.
Good for drinking only sake.
Delicious because it has a refreshing aftertaste.
