This is the kind of delicious sake that Yamagata is known for. It has a good sense of balance. It is sweet, spicy, and dances with acidity. Ryu, Yotsu.

This is a catalog gift item. I chose it because I wanted to try shizuku sake. I've never heard of this brand. It had an elegant and delicate taste like a daiginjo, but it didn't have much character.

Drinking outside for the first time in a long time 2 Daiginjo-shu from local Ibaraki It's a quintessential Daigin, and the cleanliness is outstanding. My personal preference is for a sake with a little more coarseness and I prefer a sake with a little more coarseness and I think I like it better. Don't get me wrong, as a daiginjo-shu, I think it is a wonderful sake!

Flesh! It has a wine nouveau-like feeling. Is it because it's the first time it's been squeezed?

The light blue color with goldfish, fireworks, sunflowers, and wind chimes is cool, and the fluent white font further expresses the sense of sake. I imagined it would have a greenish smell because of the name "Numazu, Shizuoka," but it was crisp or smooth? But it was crisp or smooth? I was expecting it to have a greenish taste, but it was crisp and smooth.

This is the last of the sake purchased at the Nagoya liquor store. Rice used is Yumesansui Beautiful smooth sweetness and moderate bitterness and spiciness. It has a little heaviness, but it is a well-balanced sake ❗️. Not bad❣️

Hmmm...it's +10 dry, but I feel the dry finish is very good. It's not too dry and spicy, but it's full of spiciness and delicious flavor. You can enjoy it. It reminds me of ears of rice under the blue sky of Shonai, a rice place.

Always at the store Shintaro, when the master opened the shpon and opened it vigorously. It is not a ginjo, but it has a fruity and it is delicious. It was a good taste 😆. The accompaniment was homemade smoked salmon.

The 11th bottle of 2025 home brew 🍶. I received a bottle of Shintaro from Kochi Prefecture! The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
