There are days when you can enjoy it, and other days when your body can't handle the peculiarity.
This kind of sake should be heated. Yes, I can handle it this way.
But as it gets to room temperature, it gets more and more peculiar. I wonder how long this sake has been aged. If it has been aged for a long time, it should be written on the label.
I tried to check the brewery's information, but it went bankrupt! They went bankrupt! It's a good thing I went to the brewery last. It's a pity, because the Junmai Genzake was a delicious sake with a good price.

Purchased after visiting a brewery in Ibaraki. It is made from "Niji no Kirameki" from Ryukazaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is sweet but not cloyingly so. The aftertaste is pungent and astringent. It is easy to drink, although it has a strong alcoholic taste.
It is hard to believe that it is a cheap sake under 1000 yen. It is inexpensive and will be a repeat purchase!

When we say "Shirakiku" in Kansai, the image of Shirakiku Brewery of Daisen Shirakiku comes to mind, but Hirose Shoten in Ishioka City has been using the brand name of Shirakiku since 1805 when the company was founded.
◉Shirakiku Junmai Ginjo
The taste is mild and mellow, with a dark sweetness. It has a complex aftertaste.
According to bouken's information, it is made from rice Inochinoichi, which is a mutation of Koshihikari.
I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from bouken-san.

We had a lot of drinks at the corner shop 😋.
First, we went to Shirakiku in Ibaraki.
This sake is produced by a company called ten in Kasai City, Hyogo and brewed by Shirakiku and Tomikunishiki!
I've had the Fukunishiki version at an event, but this was my first time to drink Shirakiku!
I've been checking Shirakiku's check-in, and people keep mistaking it for Okunotono Shirakiku (Ishikawa), Onori Shirakiku (Okayama), and Shirakikyu (Kyoto)😅.
Make sure you check the name of the company and prefecture before posting 😁.
It's moderately sweet, fruity, beautiful and gentle to drink.
It's expensive to buy it (around 4000 yen), so I'm glad I could drink it at a corner shop 😋.
