Drinking outside for the first time in a long time 2 Daiginjo-shu from local Ibaraki It's a quintessential Daigin, and the cleanliness is outstanding. My personal preference is for a sake with a little more coarseness and I prefer a sake with a little more coarseness and I think I like it better. Don't get me wrong, as a daiginjo-shu, I think it is a wonderful sake!

I bought it at Ishioka station on my way home from golf. It was quite good. I would like to buy it again, but now that I know what it tastes like, I might just go back and empty it on the way home.

Yoohee and I went on a tour of Kobe's liquor stores 😁. After visiting Sumi no Sake Shop, we went to Mystery Cheeya! We had a lot of drinks at the corner shop 😋. First, we went to Shirakiku in Ibaraki. This sake is produced by a company called ten in Kasai City, Hyogo and brewed by Shirakiku and Tomikunishiki! I've had the Fukunishiki version at an event, but this was my first time to drink Shirakiku! I've been checking Shirakiku's check-in, and people keep mistaking it for Okunotono Shirakiku (Ishikawa), Onori Shirakiku (Okayama), and Shirakikyu (Kyoto)😅. Make sure you check the name of the company and prefecture before posting 😁. It's moderately sweet, fruity, beautiful and gentle to drink. It's expensive to buy it (around 4000 yen), so I'm glad I could drink it at a corner shop 😋.

Sake-run-san It hasn't been that long, but it's been a long time here 😁. I wonder if Shirakiku was a popular brand like Masamune 🤔. I think there are more Shirakiku if you look for them 🧐.
