I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. I heard later that this brewery doesn't make it anymore and that it might contain sake from a famous brewery in the Tajima area 🤔. 🤔. He speaks fluent Japanese. He used to be a language teacher in Japan, but was scouted by the brewery. ◯Saka Junmai Ginjo Nama It has a firm flavor and freshness. It has a chocolatey taste, but it is well balanced. The alcohol content is 17%. ◯Saka special junmai draft It is also full-bodied and fruity. ◯Mado no Ume Junmai Daiginjo Hananoi It is clear and has a slightly spicy but refreshing aftertaste. ◯Mado no Ume Junmai Ginjo It has a clear acidity and a slightly spicy aftertaste. ◯Mado no Ume Special Junmai According to the brewer, it is suitable for hot sake. It has a strong umami taste and is delicious. It is said that it goes well with soup stock dishes. There are many good brands of Saga sake that we don't know about.

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki. Sake that I bought as my souvenir when I visited Minamisanriku Town. It has a dry dry taste with (in my opinion) a good amount of miscellaneous flavors typical of junmai sake. You don't feel it as you keep drinking. I participated in a storytelling session about the tsunami damage in Minamisanriku Town. I couldn't believe that a 22-meter tsunami had hit a four-story building along the coast. Even though I actually visited the place, I could not help but feel it when I saw the now calm sea.
