I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. [First brand I've been able to drink in about 10 years👍] I got a bottle of Kiri-Tsukuba's light nigori nama-zake (unpasteurized sake) from a hometown tax payment. It is a popular brand that is consumed almost exclusively locally, but it appears that there was some new sake left from last year that will be shipped in December 2022. ✌️ Although it has been over a year, it has not lost much of its freshness with a slight effervescence, and on the other hand, it has a moderate calmness that is quite nice 😋. It has a sweetness, but the refreshing alcohol taste and crispness are the result of the aluzochu liqueur. Like last month's Onra, it's nice to be able to get a brand that is hard to find through hometown tax payment 😆.

Tonight, we have Kirizukuba Hatsushushibori Light Nigori from Urasato Shuzoten ✨ This one is popular with Ogawa yeast users. I was attracted by the combination of Ogawa yeast, Gohyakumangoku, and light nigori, so I bought it 😅. Let's start with the supernatant. It has a rich sweet aroma of muskmelon red flesh, which is typical of Ogawa yeast, and the taste is very delicious as if you bit into a whole muskmelon 😋 Also, although this sake is alky, there is no stinginess in the aftertaste at all, and the bitterness and spiciness show up and the balance is excellent 👍. Sake degree -30 enjoyment. Smells fresh, like sliced apples. It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking! I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet. Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.

What the hell? Yum Kore! Shuwa shuwa fruity♪ I didn't know there was such a modern sake in Niigata? I was impressed. I definitely recommend it to people who like Kaze no Mori and Sancho.
