Smells of lactic acid and green apple.
The mild rice flavor is followed by a lactic acidity and a slightly mellowed acidity, then bitterness, acidity, and umami. It is delicious.
The impression is clearer when paired with a meal. Probably the cheapest sake in this brewery. I am interested in the others.
