Not much aroma...old-fashioned mellow umami-kuchi...it's a food sake 🍶 like the local Mukho Masamune or Teisho🌲...it's a sake that is only possible with snacks 🍶...the bitter aftertaste may bother you a little? I think the bitterness of the aftertaste is a little bit bothersome...classical...this is good...I think the hurdle is too high...I'm having it with fried Mexicali...little by little...with snacks...
