Last time, we enjoyed Aizan's Namemoto.
This time, it's a Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo.

This is Kitajima Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Origarami Raw. It is a delicious sake with a mellow and fresh taste. It was easy to open the bottle👍This was my first time at the brewery and it is delicious😋.

I think this is my first time drinking Kitajima 🤔.
octopus🐙 was very impressive on the label and I was curious about it, but this time I decided to try the orikagami❗️.
The aroma is like melon🍈 or pineapple🍍😆.
When you drink it, it is moderately sweet and very easy to drink👍
But I've never heard of rice called mizukagami 😅.
I️ don't know the characteristics but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.
