Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋.
I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it.
It has a taste that is typical of Shinshu sake, and would go well with soba noodles or even meat 😋.

The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto.
