[First brand I've been able to drink in about 10 years👍]
I got a bottle of Kiri-Tsukuba's light nigori nama-zake (unpasteurized sake) from a hometown tax payment.
It is a popular brand that is consumed almost exclusively locally, but it appears that there was some new sake left from last year that will be shipped in December 2022. ✌️
Although it has been over a year, it has not lost much of its freshness with a slight effervescence, and on the other hand, it has a moderate calmness that is quite nice 😋.
It has a sweetness, but the refreshing alcohol taste and crispness are the result of the aluzochu liqueur.
Like last month's Onra, it's nice to be able to get a brand that is hard to find through hometown tax payment 😆.
