Have you all entered GW? I am starting tomorrow. Well, the father of the liquor store recommended this Yuto. It is a spring sake, but the label is not pink or something spring-like, but for some reason, it has a full moon. My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust. I thought it was a bit of a rush at the back of my throat, but it was only 17%. It is light, so you don't feel it too much, but it is quite heavy. If you don't think about the order in which you drink it, it might wipe out the taste of the next sake. Thank you very much for the drink!

Tasted at the traveling SAKE in Hankyu Department Store. The one on the right side of the photo. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. The description says it is dry, but it does not feel as dry as it says, and it has a nice sharpness. It seems to be good with food.

Extra Party with Mr. Gura After the first party was over and the commemorative photo had been taken, we had a chance to drink the sake that Yum- san got at Hasegawa Sake Shop when he went to Edo (Tokyo). Sorry for those who went home early 🙏. Fresh and tender 😋! Thick and fresh 😻 I hope there will be another sake brewery in Osaka station 🤗. I heard they can only make fresh sake because they can't use fire due to fire laws because it's inside the station.

Off-line meeting of Kansai Sakewa In front of the restaurant, right after the meeting with Mr. ☆Gra After the group photo was taken, we were talking in front of the store, and Uma Uma Uma-san served us some Tokyo souvenirs 😆. Tokyo Station Sake Brewery Peach Doburoku! A very rich peach with a smooth taste. The peach flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel like doburoku at all 🤣. It was very tasty 🙏. Hasegawa Sake Brewery is brewing at Tokyo Station...they are doing a great thing with their brewery at echinakas (echinakas) 😳.

How are you doing on the last day of June, the last day of the R5BY (brewing year)? The sake we received on such a day was peach doburoku. My wife bought it for me as a souvenir, and I was so happy to have it as the last of the R5BY. The color is a light pink with a thick texture. The aroma is like amazake with a gentle sourness. The first sip is thick and thick, yet smooth in texture. The sweetness of the natural unrefined sake is accompanied by a refreshing sourness derived from peaches. The taste is neither too rich nor too sweet, but has an interesting fruity sweet and sourness. The viscosity increases as the sip progresses, and it is almost chewable, with occasional loose lumps of unrefined sake. The sweetness is like a refreshing sweet sake, and the cute fruity acidity spreads freshly and overflows with sweet and sourness. There is also a thick fruit yogurt-like sensation, with a slight peachy sweetness nuance in the sweet and sour aftertaste. By the way, my wife seemed to prefer the plain one we had before😅. I hope to continue to study more, deepen my knowledge and experience of sake, and drink drunken sake in the R6BY that starts tomorrow 🍶. Have a drunken brewing year 😄!

Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉔ Ichihoro is the first sake I've had in three years. I have a strong impression of light nigori raw sake. Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

I bought it because I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time! This is the third time I've had it, so I'll spare you my impressions. I bought it again because I drank it before and enjoyed the yogurina feel! I just drank it a month ago so I will spare you my impressions 🫡. OSAKA SAKE&FOOD EXPO 2024⑳ Lastly, we went to the Komatsuya booth again. Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often. There were many different rice varieties, but we chose the Koshitanrei 1st class rice 2020. Nechi is only available at authorized dealers. It was easy to drink with a beautiful taste and a hint of sweetness. The review of this event was a bit of a mess, so please refer to Nechi's post later on 🤣.

This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. [I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall. We were lucky enough to get an assortment set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs, so we compared them! Here is the next one! Hanashoumi Special Junmai (orange label) The aroma is also slightly citrus 🍊. On the palate, the four tastes of sweetness, umami, bitterness and acidity are beautifully balanced. The sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewer spreads out and you can't help but sigh 😚 When it gets cloudy, you can enjoy the flavor of the rice and the tingling dryness together☺️. Sake purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Salad Pavilion. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime. It is fresh and gassy. The overall impression is dry, but as the brewer and the liquor store say, it has a strawberry-like flavor. Once again, the sweetness is moderate.
