I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

The sake is brewed by "Toroki Shouten", a sake brewer who was involved in growing the rice and brewing it together with Wakatakeya Sake Brewery. I got it as a sign of support 😊 Is it what's called a light, dry taste? It had a faintly sweet aroma, but the sip was refreshingly watery! The flavor and bitterness come out on the palate. I was drinking it with cream cheese as an entrée, but it doesn't get in the way, so it's probably just right for a mid-meal drink 😊.

The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

I was strolling around Fukushima-related stores to buy a gift for Mother's Day and to commemorate the end of Golden Work! I found this handy cup of sake 👍. When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane. The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor. The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste. It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess! It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess! Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...! This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.

Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

This is the 5th bottle of this year's Maikaze series! It's been a while since I've had a "Kantou no Hana", but this is the first Maikaze type, so it's one I've been looking forward to👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was clear and had a slightly fruity aroma. It has a crisp mouthfeel and a gaseous feel, making it refreshing and sharp. I was surprised at the dry taste, which is outstanding among the Maikaze series and other sake from the same brewery that I have had! However, it is not only spicy, but also has the mild sweetness and umami of "Maikaze". The freshness of the lush, raw sake and the bright astringency are also present in this well-proportioned taste ✨. The aftertaste is also refreshing.
