Slightly effervescent. The junmai I drank before was so good that it was a repeat purchase, and it lived up to my expectations.
It is well-balanced and when you notice it, you can drink it all at once with a slurp. It has a floral, not too sweet, pungent, well-balanced flavor, and a satisfying umami and a sourness that is very satisfying.
The 4th day. It has lost some of its flavor and can be drunk without hesitation.
