I purchased this sake at the Goryonokura store in Hakodate, which I visited last week on a trip to Hokkaido. This sake is from Goryonokura, a sake brewery in Hakodate of the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery. I drank it in a sake cup that I bought as a souvenir at Kitaichi Glass in Otaru. The sake tasted delicious and was easy to drink. 1980 yen

To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.
