I thought it smelled acidic, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt almost no acidity and it is a gentle, soft drink. I don't feel any corners at all 🙂.
The assertion is somewhat moderate sweet and spicy, and the light sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, but then disappears.
Among the sake I've had recently, the drinkability is outstanding, and it doesn't convey much of the intoxication, making it quite a dangerous sake 😇.
