This is a Daiginjyo brewed with 50% refined rice using the sake rice "Tosari". This type of sake rice will not break even if it is ground to a high degree of refinement.

Toweled rice is said to be an ancient ancestor of Koshihikari rice and is produced in Ishikawa Prefecture. This sake has an elegant lychee flavor.
