This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog.
It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink.
It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor.
I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.
