I received a bottle of sake from Sogen Sake Brewery, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 I drink this sake often and have memories of going to the brewery last year to buy Kiri sake 😥 I hope they will resume sake production soon.
The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma 😊.
On the palate, it has a rich rice🌾 flavor, a gentle sweetness, a strong richness/taste, and a good cut 😚👍It has a lingering and spicy taste that is perfect 😋.
Stable Sogen is a delicious sake no matter what time of day you drink it ✨.

Sake from Okunoto is really scarce 😭I can't find it in liquor stores, so I've been seeing it in supermarkets 😊.
Recently, there was a lot of Okunoto sake at Fujihashi Dontaku in Nanao😇.
