It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

I drank Handa Go after reading the comments from others. It does have a yogurt-like mouthfeel, but afterwards it feels like water and is easy to drink. It is not mellow and goes well with Yamachan's spicy food!

I'm not privy to the specs, but I hear it's less than 30 per cent polished 🤩. But it's good and cosy 👍I heard they don't use much sake rice though. It's usually sweet, tasty, bitter and well-balanced 😋. Yamagata sake is as high as ever👍

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

Let's drink with TOMO-san, Day 2 On the first day, we were seated in the back of the room, and we were served sake and grilled meat, but we didn't take any pictures. It was like a barbecue in a barbecue forest. On the second day, we went to Ataoka, a restaurant owned by the manager of Sake-no-wa, and were supposed to drink in a quiet manner, but instead we had a lot of fun. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.
