The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. Saito Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in the city of Tokushima The classic storefront is intriguing. A brewery like this should have a bottle of Junmai I love the classic Showa-era label. The taste of Junmai rice is full but not cloying. fullness of Junmai rice, but not cloying. Just the right amount of saltiness. The sake went down smoothly at room temperature. It was gone before I knew it. It is a Junmai that is unadorned and goes along with your daily life, But it is a junmai that we are obsessed with.

A very crisp and cheerful brewer was on hand to serve us. ◉Junmai Unfiltered Hanayuki Ageha Sparkling The sake is made by putting the unrefined sake and the sake mother back into the fire-aged sake and then second fermentation in the bottle. It has a shwashy, koji-derived flavor. This sake is exclusively for local onsen ryokan. ◉New Shiboritate Nama Aki-agari Sold out and no delivery available, tasting only. This is a fresh, normal sake, stored in ice temperatures. The taste is astonishingly good. It has a very strong umami and a mild sweetness from a mature taste. The female brewer who served us said that she planned to make this sake, so she was a genius! I praised it to her. She said that seasonal sake is not stable, so she did not know if it would be available next year. ◉七歩歩蛇 Unfiltered Nama Ginjō Junmai Ginjō The new sake has been in production since August, and this is the first pressing. It is fresh, sweet and sharp. Not too spicy. ◉Hanayuki Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Junmai-Ginjo Juicy, sweet and delicious. This is also a very favorite of mine. ◉ Junmai Ginjo Shino Litchi Another second fermentation in the bottle. Alcohol content of 12%. Souvenirs from a trip to see the autumn leaves at Momijiyama in Yamazaki, Shiso City. Currently, there are two remaining sake breweries in the city, Sanyo Sake Brewery and Old Pine Brewery, but until 40 years ago, there was another brewery, Honke Monzenya, which brewed and sold a type of sake called sansho (three laughs). The building of the Honke Monzenya still remains, but in order to make the most of the historical landscape where sake breweries line up from Sanyo Bai to Laematsu and Honke Monzenya, The Yamazaki Central City Area Revitalization Committee (Good Town Project) was formed, and over a period of two years, "Sansho" was revived! There is a café called "Sansho" on the former site. Let's start with the old pine tree.

It's been a while since I've posted. When I stopped by my hometown, there was a fall festival. Old Pine nearby was selling sake by the cup and I was sucked into the store. I was attracted by the "Hiyoroshi" (limited hiyaoroshi) and bought it! I should have bought several bottles. Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

I drank "Tenshin Tokujun" at an izakaya I went to alone as soon as I arrived, and it was delicious. ‼️ I met up with my friends from Hokkaido a few hours later and had another drink! Kyushu Kiku!
