Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness and is refreshingly clean❣️. There aren't many unfiltered sake that are good all-around food sake, but this one seems to go well with all kinds of food❣️.

I'm not privy to the specs, but I hear it's less than 30 per cent polished 🤩. But it's good and cosy 👍I heard they don't use much sake rice though. It's usually sweet, tasty, bitter and well-balanced 😋. Yamagata sake is as high as ever👍

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.
