Drinking outside after work. My wife was off work and we decided to have dinner outside. We found this restaurant in the vicinity of Nara Station - ‼️ We couldn't find a good time to drink at Toyoshuku, so we went to this restaurant and had a glass of Nara's local sake, Shirotoroku (‼️). The aroma was gorgeous, the taste was smooth and sweet on the palate, and the finish was refreshing.

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

Today's second drink is from a long-established local brewery in Kanagawa Light and dry Relatively thin on the tongue, with a slight aroma of the yellow part of pudding. It has a light sweetness, followed by a slight sourness. The aftertaste is a little alcoholic. Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree +4, 13% alc. The overall taste is light. The aroma is surprisingly pudding-like! However, it is not so sweet and the sourness comes quickly, so it is less pudding-like, but this is the first Junmai sake with a pudding-like, egg-like flavor, which is good. The back view of the cat on the label is also a bit melancholy and cute.

☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK The brewer at this booth seemed to like to talk a lot and we got to hear a lot of stories 😆. He told me about the price of sake rice 😄. Sake 🍶. Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) At home. Sake tasting party with friends after a long time. We brought our own sake. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️
